Here’s how the A/B testing works in our Email Service Provider (ESP):

  • My ESP will send each subject line to 15% of my recipients (30% of my total recipients)
  • After a four-hour testing period, AI will determine the winning subject line based on which one resulted in the higher open rate
  • My ESP will then automatically send the winning variant to the remaining 70% of my recipients (those who were not involved in the initial test)
