So what’s possible in a day?
Branding design intensive
Your branding package will include a logo suite, color palette, font selection, icons, and a branding style guide.
Website and template set up
Avoid the frustration of setting up your domain, hosting, installing WordPress, and a template. We will do it for you and once it’s ready, we’ll hand over the credentials so you can get started on designing your website. As a bonus, you will receive a content creation kit to help you with writing your website copy.
Sales page or website revisions
Whether it’s a new sales page or updating and redesigning a current sales page (short/medium length) for your offer, we’ll make sure that it’s beautifully designed to convert! Do you have a list of changes for an existing website? Send the list over and we’ll get to work on the updates. (longer pages or website changes may need an additional day)
Punch list of design tasks
Hand over your list of tasks and we’ll get to work. This could include design work or technical implementations. Below are a few ideas of what your punch list could include:
- Add calendly® for online bookings
- Set up a Google business page and social media pages
- Configuring Gmail to send email from your professional email address
- Set up your domain, hosting, WordPress installation, and install a template so you can build your website
- Website changes and updates
- Brochures, lead magnets, ad designs

How It Works
Step 1
Book your VIP day
Schedule a discovery phone call on the calendar below that works best for you to discuss your project. You’ll have the ability to book your VIP Day on my calendar. Be sure to pick a day you can commit to providing all content and be available for communication and review, keeping in mind your prep-work to complete before we can work together in most cases. You’ll need to be virtually “available” during your intensive, so don’t choose a date that is already full of meetings and appointments. Fill out the form and secure your spot with a 50% deposit.
Step 2
Prepare your Content
Between the time you book and two days before your scheduled VIP Day, we will curate your materials using my welcome guide and checklist. You’ll want to complete all pre-work before our day together so that I can hit the ground running on your project and be as efficient as possible with time. We will schedule a 1-hour strategy call so we can create a plan for your day.
Step 3
VIP design day
During your day, I’ll dig in bright and early on your project and we’ll communicate via text to collaborate as I work through the design. This is not a video call intensive but I do need to be able to reach you for feedback and questions during our day. I’ll keep you updated on progress throughout the day. Near the end, I’ll hand over all of our completed work!
Step 4
Support after your VIP day
Once we’ve completed our day together, you’ll have 30 days of follow-up support via e-mail, so that you can reach out if you find yourself confused or stuck on anything related to the work that we accomplished. I’ll provide feedback to you or a video training so you’re confident in the next steps!
It’s important to note that when you book a VIP Intensive, you’re booking me for the time, not a set of deliverables. But, the nature of Intensive’s is efficiency. I am good at what I do and I’ve created a streamlined and efficient system that allows us to achieve maximum results in minimum time. Results are heavily on dependent on the Client having ALL pre-work completed before the intensive starts and is available to provide feedback quickly during the intensive.
